By completing an order on our website, you agree to our store Shipping and Return Policy.
(we currently ship to US locations only)
The processing time for orders is 24 - 48 hours after we receive your order. Once the shipment is scanned at the post office, estimated delivery is 2-3 business days using USPS Priority Mail.
You will receive tracking information within 3 days after purchase. You can use your tracking number on usps.com for updates about your package. Please check your spam folder if you have not received tracking information in 4 days after purchase or email us at email@example.com
Most items are ready for shipment immediately. You will be notified via email if an item is on backorder and the anticipated date of delivery to you.
Unfortunately, there are occasional issues with shipping through USPS. We will try our best to resolve all issues as quickly as possible. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame as we rely on third-party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries. Please take note that there are some unforeseen circumstances like possible delays if there is an upcoming holiday season.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and send it to the address we provided below. Send item(s) within 15 days of the delivery date with a note with your name, order number, and reason for return. All merchandise/product must be returned without damage to receive a refund. You will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. We can not issue refunds while package is in transit.
Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
Return by Mail
Please write a note with your order number, name and reason for return.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please save tracking number for your receipt.
